Here for the team energy? Water polo brings together swimming, ball-handling, and pure strategy in a fast, intense, high-octane match. You and your teammates battle to score goals while treading water from start to finish. Teams are divided into categories and divisions, generally based on the average or combined age of the players, with divisions that welcome men's, women's, mixed, and non-binary teams. Seasoned pro or making a joyful comeback — there is a team and a level for you.

SCHEDULE AT A GLANCE:
Five days — the number of matches per day will be determined later based on the number of teams registered per level. Finals on Thursday and Friday.

Three levels of play will be offered:
B (recreational)
A (intermediate)
AA (competitive)

RULES
25 x 20 metre pool
4 periods of 8 minutes running time, stop time in the last minute of each period
Last match of each level with stop time
Mixed teams
