Welcome to the IGLA+ World Championships — where the water belongs to everyone. Whoever you are, however you move, whatever your level, there is a lane, a pool, and a community waiting for you here. We offer five aquatic disciplines, all at the Masters level, so you can swim, play, and perform alongside athletes who share your love of the water and your pride in being fully yourself.

Each discipline is organized into categories and divisions to keep the competition fair, festive, and welcoming. Categories are generally based on age groups, so you compete against people in your own age range, while divisions separate participants by event type, distance, format, and gender. And here, gender divisions are for everyone: alongside men's and women's events, we offer non-binary categories across all the disciplines, so you can register and compete as your authentic self. Choose the discipline that calls to you — or sign up for several. Here, there are no limits, only possibilities.
